The law office of Wilson Brigneti is currently seeking a general clerk to join our team. This is an entry-level clerical position compensated based on experience. We typically promote from within; therefore, this is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who would like to train and grow within the firm.
Main Duties include:
Bank-runs;
Maintaining filing system;
Follow-up on Real Estate files;
Back-up reception duties, as required;
Back-up file-opening duties, as required;
Date-stamping and distributing deliveries when received;
Processing outgoing mail, photocopying, etc.,
Providing support to the firm's Real Estate, Corporate, and Wills and Estate Clerks;
Other administrative duties as assigned.
Required Experience and Skills:
High School Diploma;
A valid Driver's License and vehicle;
Excellent focus and attention to detail;
Strong communication skills, both oral and written;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Experience with Outlook and Microsoft Word;
Ability to multi-task;
Excellent time management and organizational skills;
Understanding of basic office procedures and equipment;
Flexibility to work overtime, as required.
