Job Description

We are looking for a Cleaner to join our team and help maintain the cleanliness of the properties we manage, including our Airbnb listings as well as various residential and industrial cleaning jobs in partnership with Appledale Property Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the premises, including bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and other areas. Duties also include completing laundry of bedding and towels at each property. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, follow instructions carefully, and be reliable, hardworking, and committed to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and other areas of the property. Complete laundry of all bedding and towels at the property. Vacuum carpets, floors, and furniture. Dust surfaces and furniture. Empty wastebaskets and replace liners. Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces. Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, and other surfaces.

Requirements:

Previous cleaning experience. Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle. Valid background check. References to support previous cleaning experience. Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance. Positive and professional attitude.
