We are currently seeking 2 new employees to join our production team as
General Assembly Associates
. These roles are critical to supporting our wire harness and cable assembly operations and ensuring that we continue to meet customer quality, delivery, and performance expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately read and follow work instructions, cut lists, and production documentation.
Perform regular "connecting" jobs in compliance with established standards and specifications.
Communicate clearly and effectively with the Lead Hand and/or Supervisor to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution.
Assemble and build wire harnesses and cable assemblies on medium-sized boards or mylars.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety protocols.
Be available to work five (5) days per week as required to meet production demands.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in wire harness or cable assembly is an asset.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must have proficient English language skills to understand work instructions, communicate effectively, and ensure safety requirements are met.
Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform manual assembly work.
Must be available to train on our morning shift (7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.).
