As part of a national team, the Gene Therapy Account Management, Associate Director (GTAM) will approach each day with a demonstrated passion for improving SCD and TDT patient care delivery. They will also demonstrate an extreme desire for achievement as well as a high level of focus and engagement.
The GTAM will be a dynamic team player that is able to self-lead in an ever-evolving environment, embody mental toughness, maintain a strategic problem-solving mindset, and effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. The GTAM will be skilled at running a business and understanding the key drivers for business optimization, collaboration and pull through success. This includes but is not limited to creating and implementing strategic account plans that are based on identifying and harnessing business opportunities for significant growth across a diverse customer landscape. The GTAM will be a process and gene therapy educator while also ensuring consistent utilization and pull through of Vertex's novel investigational gene therapy.
