Responsibilities

Develop, optimize, and implement generative AI models tailored to specific business needs and applications Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing systems Conduct research on emerging AI techniques, including quantum engineering principles where applicable, to push the boundaries of what's possible with generative models Design scalable architectures for training large-scale AI models efficiently and effectively Evaluate model performance through rigorous testing and validation processes, ensuring robustness and accuracy Maintain comprehensive documentation of model development processes, algorithms, and deployment procedures Stay abreast of industry trends in artificial intelligence, quantum engineering, and related fields to continuously innovate and improve our offerings Support deployment of AI models into production environments while monitoring their performance for ongoing refinement

Qualifications

Proven experience in developing and deploying generative AI models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools Strong programming skills in languages like Python or C++ Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, neural networks, natural language processing (NLP), or computer vision is highly desirable Knowledge of quantum engineering principles as they relate to AI or computational modeling is a significant plus Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming technical challenges Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a dynamic team environment Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Engineering or related fields
