Job Description


Our client is a specialized healthcare provider offering a high level of customer service and attention to clients. They have multiple clinics in British Columbia and Alberta and are adding a Regional Marketing Manager to their team. This individual will be responsible for leading marketing initiatives that reflect the company\'s vision, values, brand and strategic strength. The Marketing Manager will also lead the company\'s efforts in community events and digital presence. This position will oversee clinics for two different brands in British Columbia and Alberta.

The new hire will be working independently from home and is encouraged to visit the closest company\'s office on occasion. Responsibilities:

  • Digital: website maintenance; maintain relationships with digital vendors/agencies and local community groups
  • Social (FB/Meta, IG, TikTok, etc.): content creation, patient and customer engagement
  • Assist with the execution of special events (e.g., Physician Symposiums; Grand Rounds; Women\'s Conferences), conferences and other marketing opportunities to increase patient referrals
  • Work with physicians for traditional and digital media availability
  • Liaise with corporate marketing and communications team as well as PR consultant on media opportunities
  • Assist with the development and implementation of a Marketing Action Plan and Marketing Budget
  • Represent the physician practice in public relations functions, seminars, and media events
  • Supervise the monitoring of patient satisfaction through regular review and compilation of Patient Surveys in a format that permits constructive feedback to all practice departments
  • Provide insightful market competition analyses and develop proactive strategies
  • Consistently meet objectives outlined by the corporate marketing team and corporate sales team
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials including advertisements, newsletters, website, annual reports, and other promotional items
  • Some travel is required (conference attendance, network marketing strategic meetings)
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in social media leadership
  • Previous experience in healthcare is an asset.
  • Strong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills with a strong business acumen.
  • Organized, detail oriented, and accurate.
  • Ability to work independently, and as a member of a team, taking initiative and meeting objectives.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft applications (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
