Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:

• Guest Reception/sign in, monitor, periodic checking the loading dock sign on sheet and
• Handling deliveries and packages
• Check doors and parking lots to ensure security, escort the contractors
• Following COVID protocols and sanitize the entry area/common surfaces / appliances
• Guest Reception/sign in meeting, greeting, and directing clients to specific contacts or services by providing an all-around warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Receiving and forwarding inquiries through various multi-line calls and utilizing channels of communication such as in-person, by telephone, and/or other electronic platforms.
• Maintaining a clean and polished front entrance area, ensuring that visitors log in and out of the meeting rooms.
• Scheduling and coordinating appointments, documents and performing other administrative duties such as filing and sorting mail.
• Other admin works; Posting signage at key areas of facility, manage locker list, assist when catering, facility notices are out to staff for work being done on premises

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Be at least 18 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
• Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
• 
  Licensing requirements are subject to province and/or local laws and regulations and will be required prior to employment.
• As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background check
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites
• Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
• Able to:
  • Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat
  • Occasionally lift or carry up to 20 kilograms
  • Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift
  • Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time
