Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable G2 Gas Technician to join our team with a minimum of 3+ years Hands on Experience ( Plumbing knowledge is an asset). The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in plumbing, welding, and appliance repair. This role involves maintaining and repairing gas systems, boilers, HVAC units, and other related equipment to ensure safety and optimal performance. The Gas Technician will work in various settings, including construction sites, maintenance facilities, and residential or commercial properties. Candidates with a background in mechanical systems, schematics reading, and construction are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain gas systems, boilers, HVAC units, and related mechanical equipment. Perform Furnace tune ups Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues with gas lines or mechanical components. Install AC System, Furnace, Hot Water Tanks Troubleshoot mechanical problems using diagnostic tools and mechanical knowledge. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local codes to maintain a safe working environment. Assist in construction projects involving gas lines or mechanical systems. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of Hands-On Experience Proven experience in plumbing, welding, boiler operation, HVAC systems, or related mechanical fields. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams. Experience with appliance repair and general maintenance work preferred. Construction experience is a plus. Ability to operate hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and basic machinery safely. Knowledge of safety protocols related to gas systems and mechanical work. Mechanical or technical certification is advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments. Clean Driving record, Valid driver's license preferred for site travel or equipment transportation. This position is integral to maintaining safe and efficient gas-related systems across multiple settings. Pay: $35.00-$48.00 per hour
