Job Overview

We are seeking a

reliable, confident, and licensed G1 Gas Fitter Service Technician

with strong experience working on

commercial boiler equipment

. As a valued member of our team, you will provide service and maintenance on building mechanical systems, primarily within

high-rise residential buildings

across the National Capital Region.

Key Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and service work on commercial and institutional HVAC/boiler equipment Install various appliances and related components Pick up and deliver materials required for specific jobs Ensure all job sites are cleaned at the end of each day, including installing and securing all equipment covers Dispose of old parts and packaging responsibly Return unused new parts to suppliers for credit Remove all tools from job sites and return company tools to their designated location Complete all required documentation promptly Communicate effectively with the office team to support job completion and detailed technical descriptions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

2 years of experience

in Commercial, Industrial, or Institutional HVAC environments

Valid G1 Gas Fitter license

and clean driving record Ability to work

independently

with minimal supervision Fluent in written English with strong verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks Motivated, professional, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt to new processes and technologies

Job Type:

Full-Time, Permanent Availability - Monday-Friday Must be available for on-call.
