The successful applicant will work on a 5x2 schedule, and will be based out of the Rocky Mountain House area reporting to our Red Deer branch.

:
Responsible for the maintenance and overhaul work in the natural gas compression and EPG industry in the field.
Trouble shooting equipment and perform equipment repairs, maintenance and overhauls on natural gas and diesel engines, compressors, generators and attachments.
Interface with customers, products and sales support
Working with the supervisor on various tasks
Providing support with reference to on-site safety requirements
Maintain Finning Customer Service Commitment
Various related duties as required
Qualifications:
Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician Certification
Journeyperson Certification in Mechanic, Electrician, Millwright and Automotive may also be considered
Minimum 1 year experience as a Journeyman
Dedication to safety
Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal
A condition of employment is the ability to be fit tested and the ability to wear a respirator
Gas Compression and Well Servicing experience will be preferred and recognized as an asset.
Non-Caterpillar experience such as Waukesha, Ariel, Cummins etc is recognized as an asset.
Any future shift changes that may occur will be made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Collective Agreement.

This position operates on a 5x2 schedule, based out of our Red Deer facility
