What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

You will be responsible for delivering legendary service to make all guests of our Co-op feel \xe2\x80\x9cat home here\xe2\x80\x9d through:

• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the gas bar, including opening and closing procedures.
• Providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with fueling, handling inquiries, and resolving complaints or issues in a timely manner.
• Ensuring proper handling and storage of hazardous materials according to safety regulations.
• Training, supervising, and scheduling gas bar attendants, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Maintaining a clean and organized gas bar area, including fuel pumps, restrooms, and surrounding grounds.

Who you are:

We are looking for individuals wanting to explore a career in Customer Service and who exhibits the following competencies:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• You\xe2\x80\x99re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive and professional attitude and desire to live the Brand.
• Be able to work in extreme temperatures when helping customers at the pumps, car wash, and propane station.
• You are physically able to do heavy lifting of 50 lbs, climb ladders and kneel.
