We are a well established landscaping company involved in garden design, garden renovations and maintenance. We work primarily in Oak Bay and are looking for long-term, full time help.

Job description

Efficiency, physical strength and stamina as well as a desire to work outdoors and learn about plants is important. Gardening experience is preferred, but we are happy to train.

Duties Include:

Mulching garden beds Moving loads of soil Weeding, deadheading, trimming Digging over soil, digging out stumps, etc. Plant installation Operating lawn mower, gas trimmer

Qualities of Applicant:

Willing to take direction, be respectful and have a positive attitude Physical strength and stamina is required Strong work ethic, energetic, punctual Attention to detail, pride in a job well done Enjoys working outdoor, being part of a team Class 5 driver's license is an asset

Salary Details

:

Starting wage determined by experience Wage raises awarded by performance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
