Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set to perform various maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring that properties are well-maintained and functional. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, Painting, Drywall, taping and carpentry tasks. Conduct landscape maintenance, ensuring gardens and outdoor spaces are well-kept and aesthetically pleasing. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various repair and maintenance projects. Assist with irrigation systems, ensuring proper functionality for gardens and landscapes. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete tasks in a timely manner. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Experience

Proven experience in maintenance person services or related fields is preferred. Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques and practices is beneficial. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools effectively. Basic knowledge of irrigation systems is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.53-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
