We're Hiring: Gardener Labourer

We're looking for a Gardener Labourer to support our garden and landscape crews in delivering beautiful, well-maintained outdoor spaces. If you enjoy physical work, working with plants, and being part of a team, this is the role for you.

What You'll Be Doing

Assist with planting flowers, shrubs, and trees according to design plans Weed, prune, water, mulch, and fertilize garden beds and lawn areas Operate and maintain basic garden tools and equipment Keep gardens clean by removing debris and managing waste Follow safety procedures and wear PPE as required Report hazards, equipment issues, or concerns to the Crew Lead Support your team by completing assigned tasks efficiently and safely
What We're Looking For

Previous gardening or landscaping experience (an asset, but not required) Basic plant care and gardening knowledge Ability to lift, kneel, and perform physical tasks outdoors in all weather Comfortable using hand tools and small power equipment Team player with strong work ethic and willingness to learn Valid Class 5 Driver's License (preferred)
