As a

Garden Laborer

, you will play a key role in assisting our skilled tradespeople with various landscaping and construction projects.You'll gain hands-on experience working with different materials, tools, and equipment. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic who are eager to learn and develop trade skills in the landscaping and construction industry.


Tasks:

Planting: Annuals, perennials, shrubs and trees. Containerized, residential & commercial planting sites. General garden maintenance; Watering Deadheading Weeding Shaping; hedging & pruning. Transplanting and dividing Clean up: move and lift 50 lbs, Seasonal Decor set up: change outdoor display into decorative pieces by using various products. Summer, fall and winter.

Must:

Be able to work independently

and

in a team Be able to work long hours outside in all weather. Be physically fit (good stamina) and able to perform physically demanding tasks Have high attention to detail Be able to work in awkward positions, or do repetitive motions for a long period of time. Be able to follow instructions Be creative, passionate and highly motivated.
