We'll train you from the ground up on garage door systems: mechanics, safety, hardware, operators, and customer service.

What You'll Do

Assist lead technicians with installations, service calls, and maintenanceo Learn measurements, spring and cable fundamentals, hardware changes, and operator setupo Keep job sites safe, clean, and well-organized; load and unload materialso Capture photos and notes in ServiceTitan and support estimates and option sheetso Develop hands-on skills while contributing to quality, safety, and professionalism on every job
What We're Looking For

Mechanical curiosity and eagerness to learn (experience with hand/power tools is a plus)o Reliable, punctual, and able to take direction -- strong team-player mindseto Physically capable of lifting 75+ lbs safely and working on ladderso No previous garage door experience requiredo Valid BC driver's licence preferred but not required for this role

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
