Garage Door Technician
Job Description
GO! Garage Doors (formally ProLift Garage Doors) is looking for a part time on-call Garage Door Technician with the possibility of the position moving to full-time as the opportunity arises.
This would be an on-call position (2-3 jobs per week) - JOBS TO BE COMPLETED BASED ON YOUR AVAILABILITY with position growing as we relaunch our services in Calgary and the surrounding communities.
Looking for experience in troubleshooting overhead garage doors, openers and related issues... Cables, springs, tracking, rollers, opener installations and overall maintenance.
Potential TEAM members should have their own truck (vehicle) and tools, a positive, friendly, customer service and outgoing attitude mixed with a strong mechanical mind.
We are very flexible so If this sounds like a fit for you and an opportunity to pick up a few side jobs a week (for now) with the strong possibility of growing in the near future we love to grab a coffee and chat...
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $32.00-$35.00 per hour
Experience:
Garage Door installation/repair: 2 years (required)
Work Location: In person
Expected start date: 2025-08-01
