experienced and insured independent contractors
to performresidential garage door opener installations, and repairs
acrossBarrie and surrounding area
. This contract role involves removing old units (if required), installing new garage door openers, maintenance and tune ups (if required), and ensuring full customer satisfaction with a clean and professional job site. Experience with garage door repairs is an asset.This is
contract-only work
-- not an employee role.WSIB and liability insurance are mandatory.
Requirements:
Valid
WSIB coverage
andliability insurance
(mandatory
) Proven experience installingresidential garage door openers
Familiarity with municipal codes Ownvehicle
(truck or van) and fullinstallation toolset
Validdriver's license
Comfortable working atresidential homes in all seasons
Ability topass a background check
Strongcommunication skills
andcustomer service mindset
Ability to manage jobs viamobile app
Work Details:
Piecework
(paid per completed job) Flexible schedule:weekdays and/or weekends
Consistent opportunities throughout the year Installations atresidential homes across Barrie and area
Pay: $50.00 - 75.00/hour equivalent (based on piecework)
Job Type: Contract / Part-time or Full-time
