Position Overview:

As a Games Master, you will be the face of our VR arena, ensuring every customer leaves with an incredible story to tell. You will be responsible for greeting guests, guiding them through the VR experience, and making sure they are comfortable and well-prepared for the adventure that awaits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet & Engage Guests: Welcome customers with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude. Provide clear instructions to ensure they feel comfortable and excited about their VR experience.

- Customer Training: Guide guests through the setup process, including fitting VR equipment and explaining game controls.

- Game Facilitation: Walk customers through the game, provide tips, and ensure they have a fun, safe, and enjoyable time.

- Debriefing: After the game, provide guests with a quick debrief, share highlights of their session, and answer any questions they might have.

- Maintain Equipment: Ensure VR equipment is properly cleaned, maintained, and functioning.

- Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from guests to improve the overall experience and service.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Passion for gaming, VR, and technology.

- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.

- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience with VR Technology.

- Previous experience in customer service is a plus (but not required).

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
