Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Game Master for our exciting escape room experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding guests through immersive puzzles and challenges, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable adventure. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills, creativity, and passion for entertainment in a dynamic environment. Previous experience in events management, guest services, or hospitality is a plus, but a friendly attitude and strong communication skills are essential. The Game Master will serve as the face of our attraction, creating a fun and safe atmosphere for all participants.

Duties

Welcome guests upon arrival and explain game rules clearly and enthusiastically Monitor game progress and provide hints or assistance as needed to ensure guest engagement Manage guest interactions, resolving conflicts or issues promptly with professionalism Handle cash transactions accurately during check-in or merchandise sales Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the escape room area before and after each session Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times, including guest safety during activities Assist with event management tasks such as scheduling bookings and coordinating group activities Engage guests with storytelling or themed interactions to enhance the immersive experience Support other team members in maintaining a welcoming environment that promotes guest satisfaction

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, guest services, or hospitality preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences through public speaking or theater background is advantageous Experience with conflict management and conflict resolution techniques Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly Background in events management, food service, resort operations, or lifeguard experience is beneficial but not required Experience working with children or in entertainment venues such as theaters enhances suitability for this role Outgoing personality with a passion for creating memorable experiences and providing excellent guest service Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
