The following teaching need is required for in-class delivery (no remote or hybrid options) at the College Drive Campus:

GDD200 - Game Sprites

Qualifications:



Bachelor's Degree in Game Design and Development or equivalent in/or related field to the course outlined Experience with Unreal Engine in a gaming studio Proven post-secondary teaching experience, grounded in a strong understanding of diverse learning theories, instructional design, and inclusive pedagogical approaches Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner populations. Demonstrated commitment to fostering student success in a post-secondary environment through innovative and evidence-based teaching practices Proficient in the use of Learning Management Systems (e.g., Blackboard, Canvas, Moodle) and digital tools for remote or hybrid instruction Experience with curriculum development and assessment design in a post-secondary context is an asset.

Responsibilities:



Plan, deliver and evaluate effective learning related to the course Work closely with students and colleagues to provide an optimal learning environment Perform all responsibilities associated with the learning environment including preparation, delivery, and evaluation of theory and practical learning activities
