Job Description

Position: we are seeking a volunteer to assist with social media posts during games, set up a media wall and items for media team before games

Number of Positions Available: 1-2

Commitment: Volunteer, Eligible for co-op

In Person: Must be able to work all 26 home games at Central Arena in Burlington

The OJHL Burlington Cougars are hiring for social media assistants . Before game you will help set up media table . During the game, you get to catch all the action through the x tweets In addition, we are looking for someone who can create and post line ups through canva or another creating tool

This role is ideal for aspiring sports media professionals looking to learn and build their portfolios.

QUALIFICATIONS

Highly organized and detail oriented
Strong Problem Solving Skills
Good Communication Skills
A passion for hockey
Availability for most home games
Solid Writing and Visual Storytelling
Friendly, reliable, wiling to pitch in where needed

Start Date: immediate
