What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a FX Sales Trader within our Cross Border division. Corpay Cross Border is growing our specialized electronic dealing desk as part of an expanded offering for institutional, large corporate and sophisticated clients. This role is located in our Toronto Canada office. This role is within our Global Electronic Dealing Group, headquartered in London, UK, and offers the opportunity to work closely with leading institutional investors and alternative funds. As a client-facing Sales Trader, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of institutional relationships while delivering best-in-class execution and service. You will play a pivotal role in pricing and executing client orders across multiple venues and liquidity providers, collaborating with sales and trading colleagues to drive new business and strengthen client engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Serving as the primary point of contact for sophisticated institutional clients.
Providing seamless execution of FX transactions and consistently outstanding client experience from pre-trade pricing to post-trade follow-up.
Building and grow a client book to meet revenue and retention targets.
Delivering timely market updates, insights, and trade ideas to clients.
Trade Execution and Risk Management
Pricing, quoting, and executing client orders with accuracy and speed.
Managing FX risk by trading with a range of liquidity providers in line with desk policies.
Overseeing single- and multi-dealer platform pricing to clients.
Partnering with trading to ensure alignment on execution preferences.
Business Development and Collaboration
Actively pursue new trading opportunities with existing clients and prospects.
Collaborating closely with sales to support origination and new business development.
Building and maintain strong internal relationships across departments and global offices.
Qualifications and Skills
Market and Product Expertise
Proven track record as an FX trader or dealer serving institutional or large corporate clients.
Strong understanding of spot, forwards, swaps, NDFs, and options.
Excellent pricing skills and fluency in market language and execution protocols.
Genuine interest in macroeconomics, global financial markets, geopolitics and the alternative investment industry.
Client and Communication Skills
Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability in developing trust and credibility with sophisticated clients.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities, including the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and professionally.
Demonstrating success in managing client books and achieving commercial targets.
Professional and Team Attributes
Ability to perform under pressure in fast-moving environments while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills with the ability in prioritizing competing demands.
Highly collaborative team player, able to work seamlessly across trading, sales, and operations.
Disciplined decision-maker who consistently acts in the best interest of the broader team.

Where a position or applicant may fall in a particular wage range depends on a number of factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience training licenses and certifications (if applicable), and other business and organization needs. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic markets. At Corpay it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. The estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range is CAD $125,000 to $150,000.
