• This opportunity is for full-time employment, five days a week.

• This position operates in a hybrid model, frequency to office location may vary.

• Opportunity locations will be offered in New Brunswick, Ontario and Newfoundland:

• 10 Record Street, Moncton, NB
• 5600 Cancross Court, Mississauga, ON
• 101-136 Crosbie Road, St. John\'s, NL

• We provide paid in-house training for 6 consecutive weeks beginning your start date to get you servicing our clients in your home province and across Canada.

• Expectations to pass the general licensing exam within the first two weeks of employment with an organization who averages a 90% passing success rate.

• This role operates in a call centre environment where a high level of audio and visual concentration is required for extended periods of time.

• You will be subject to a Criminal Record and Consumer History background check as a condition of employment.

• Opportunities offered may range between rotational or fixed shifts outside of standard business hours.

What we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for:

• You have completed post-secondary education.

• You are committed to self development and actively looking to learn.

• You showcase strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Having customer service and sales experience is preferred.

• Having insurance or inbound contact center experience is an asset.

• You have or are willing to undergo all provincial licensing requirements in order to obtain and maintain all licenses, licensed applicants from regions within or outside of the province are encouraged to apply.

• You are working towards and/or willing to pursue the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation with priority given to C130 and C131 courses within the first two years of employment.
