Are you passionate about furniture, design, and helping people create spaces they love?
We're looking for a friendly, confident, and design-savvy team member to join our furniture store. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with customers, has a good eye for style and detail, and thrives in a retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with furniture selection, colour matching, sizing, and placement Offer design guidance using Canva for mood and style boards Merchandise and maintain an inspiring retail floor Handle ordering, pricing, and stock coordination Support general sales and customer service activities
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Confident in customer-facing retail or sales roles Familiarity with QuickBooks (or similar POS/invoicing software) Comfortable using Canva and social platforms Knowledge of Microsoft Office A strong aesthetic sense and creative drive are essential for this role Strong sense of colour, scale, and space planning Experience in merchandising
