Job Description

We're looking for a creative and driven individual to manage and grow our online presence across major platforms -- including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Kijiji.

Your main goal will be to attract high-quality leads, increase store traffic, and convert online interest into confirmed appointments.

This position blends digital marketing, communication, and consistent engagement to fuel real sales results.

Main Responsibilities

Plan, create, and post engaging content every day across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Kijiji. Drive lead generation through social ads, Marketplace posts, and direct inquiries. Film, edit, and publish short-form videos and reels that showcase our latest products, promotions, and behind-the-scenes factory work. Respond quickly and professionally to all customer messages -- providing pricing, product specs, delivery options, and booking assistance. Track and report daily metrics, including leads generated, appointments booked, and successful conversions. Work closely with store and sales teams to fine-tune ad performance and improve campaign ROI. Ensure all social media accounts maintain a consistent brand voice, visual style, and hashtag strategy.
Qualifications

Proven success in social media marketing, digital lead generation, or online sales. Hands-on experience with Facebook Marketplace, Instagram Ads, and Kijiji listings. Ability to shoot and edit short promotional videos or reels. Excellent written communication skills (bilingual English/French preferred). Highly organized, motivated, and capable of meeting daily and weekly lead targets.
