Furnace Service Technician Needed
Job Description
Advanpro Ltd. is searching for an experienced Furnace and Air Conditioning Repair and Service Tech with Residential HVAC experience, to join our growing team.
Candidates should:
Be an experienced Journeyman (Gas Fitter, Sheet Metal, Plumber or HVAC) able to troubleshooting Furnaces and Air Conditioners and perform repairs
Be self-motivated
Be detail-oriented
Enjoy satisfaction in a job well done and in helping deliver peace of mind to customers through quality service
Have strong organization, sales skills and people skills
Be a team player with a positive, can do attitude
Enjoy building strong customer relationships and trust by treating customers with respect and honesty
Be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Be a resident of Calgary or surrounding area, bondable and hold a valid Alberta Driver's license
We offer a flexible schedule and benefits available after three months. We supply a company phone and vehicle.
Compensation is commission/ piecework based at least $80,000 annually with self motivated technicians regularly earning in excess of $100,000 annually.

Pay: $80,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
