Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Furnace and Air Conditioning Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and have experience working with HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency in various environments.

Duties

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and components Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC units, ensuring timely resolutions Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and functionality Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment Collaborate with other technicians to build or modify HVAC systems as needed Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all work processes Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and inventory of parts

Skills

Proficient in repair techniques related to HVAC systems Strong mechanical knowledge Familiarity with HVAC systems and their integration with refrigeration units Ability to read schematics effectively for troubleshooting purposes Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and clients

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years HVAC experience Experience in installation, servicing and inspections of HVAC equipment Primarily residential experience, with commercial experience as an asset Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated and goal driven Problem Solving and critical thinking abilities Class 5 license with clear Driver's abstract
