Utilize databases such as Salesforce and Raiser's Edge to track donor interactions, manage fundraising campaigns, and analyze data for decision-making. Create compelling marketing materials using tools like Mailchimp for email marketing campaigns to promote fundraising events. Conduct research to identify new funding opportunities and potential partnerships. Manage budgets related to fundraising activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance digital presence through platforms like WordPress, promoting fundraising initiatives online. Negotiate sponsorships and partnerships that align with the organization's mission.

Requirements

Proven experience in fundraising, sales, or a related field. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful donor engagement. Proficiency in databases such as Salesforce and Raiser's Edge for effective donor management. Experience in budgeting and financial planning related to fundraising activities. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including email marketing through Mailchimp. Excellent research skills to identify potential funding sources and opportunities. Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating impactful marketing materials. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
