We're on the hunt for a sharp, detail-oriented Funding Coordinator to power our high-volume payment processing and funding transactions. In this vital role, you'll be responsible for reviewing funding confirmations, expertly issuing wire payments, diligently monitoring bank balances, and adeptly handling all inquiries and escalations.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate lender funding confirmations
• Process EFTs and wire transfers across multiple accounts
• Monitor account balances and ensure funding availability
• Track outgoing payments using Excel
• Investigate funding discrepancies and resolve escalations
• Respond to internal and external payment-related inquiries

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in finance, business, or related field preferred
• Experience in financial services back-office or legal/solicitor office an asset
• Strong MS Excel skills (intermediate level or higher)
• Knowledge of bank statements and payment reconciliation
• Excellent time management, organization, and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
