Poste a pourvoir : Analyste de financement - Prets hypothecaires commerciaux



Leyad est a la recherche d'un Analyste de financement - Prets hypothecaires commerciaux pour rejoindre son equipe de financement. Dans ce role, vous serez responsable d'assurer le traitement, le financement et la cloture des transactions hypothecaires commerciales avec exactitude et dans les delais requis. Vous serez egalement charge de coordonner avec les equipes internes, les conseillers juridiques et les partenaires externes afin de veiller a ce que toute la documentation, la conformite et les exigences de financement soient respectees. L'Analyste de financement joue un role cle dans le maintien de l'efficacite operationnelle, la gestion des risques et le soutien a la croissance du portefeuille de prets hypothecaires commerciaux.

Responsabilites principales (incluant, sans s'y limiter) :



Financement et cloture



Preparer et examiner toute la documentation de financement pour les transactions hypothecaires commerciales. Coordonner avec les conseillers juridiques, les compagnies de titres et les preteurs afin de s'assurer que toutes les conditions sont respectees avant la cloture. Traiter les virements et les decaissements conformement aux instructions de financement approuvees. Garantir une allocation precise des fonds et la reconciliation des decaissements.

Conformite et documentation



Tenir des registres detailles de toutes les activites de financement, en assurant leur exactitude et leur exhaustivite. Suivre la conformite avec les clauses de pret et les conditions prealables au financement.

Collaboration et communication



Travailler en etroite collaboration avec les equipes de souscription et de gestion d'actifs afin de faciliter des clotures efficaces. Servir de point de contact principal pour les parties prenantes externes concernant les questions de financement et de decaissement. Assurer une communication claire et reguliere avec toutes les parties tout au long du processus de financement.

Gestion des risques et rapports



Identifier et signaler les risques potentiels ou les ecarts lies au financement. Preparer et diffuser des rapports sur les activites de financement, les conditions en suspens et le portefeuille de transactions. Contribuer aux audits et aux examens internes en fournissant une documentation et un soutien precis.

Qualifications



Baccalaureat en finance, administration des affaires, comptabilite ou domaine connexe. De 1 a 4 ans d'experience en prets hypothecaires commerciaux, administration de prets ou services financiers connexes. Solide connaissance des processus de financement hypothecaire commercial, de la documentation et des exigences de conformite. Maitrise des systemes de gestion de prets et de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellente attention aux details, sens de l'organisation et capacite a gerer plusieurs priorites dans des delais serres. Competences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles pour interagir efficacement avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.

Open position

: Funding Analyst - Commercial Mortgages

Leyad is looking for a Funding Analyst - Commercial Mortgages to join its Financing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate andtimely processing, funding, and closing of commercial mortgage transactions. Yo will be also coordinating with internal teams, legal counsel, and external partners to ensure all documentation, compliance, and funding requirements are met. The Funding Analyst plays a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, mitigating risk, and supporting the growth of the commercial mortgage portfolio.

Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:



Funding & Closing



Prepare and review all funding documentation for commercial mortgage transactions. Coordinate with legal counsel, title companies, and lenders to ensure all conditions are satisfied prior to closing. Process wire transfers and disbursements in alignment with approved funding instructions. Ensure accurate allocation of funds and reconciliation of disbursements.

Compliance & Documentation



Maintain detailed records of all funding activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Monitor compliance with loan covenants and conditions precedent to funding.

Collaboration & Communication



Work closely with underwriting,and asset management teams to facilitate smooth closings. Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders regarding funding and disbursement inquiries. Provide clear communication and updates to all parties throughout the funding process.

Risk Management & Reporting



Identify and escalate potential risks or discrepancies related to funding. Prepare and distribute reports on funding activities, outstanding conditions, and transaction pipelines. Assist in audits and internal reviews by providing accurate documentation and support.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. 1-4 years of experience in commercial mortgages, loan administration, or related financial services. Strong knowledge of commercial mortgage funding processes, documentation, and compliance requirements. Proficiency with loan servicing systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.
