The Supervisor, Real Assets will support and supervise the day-to-day administration and financial reporting service requirements for our Private Equity and Real Asset fund clients. These services will include all accounting and transaction administration at the property, investment, and fund levels. The role will include the below key tasks.

You Will:

• Supervise a team of fund accountants, mentor and support them through training and development
• Provide a full range of fund accounting services to Real Estate or Private Equity clients, including NAV review and preparation
• Assist with setting up and reviewing consolidations through the investment structure using various consolidation rules
• Review/Prepare third party reconciliations of investments and cash
• Review/Prepare capital call and distribution calculations and notices
• Review/Prepare fee schedules including calculation of management fees and carried interest, ensuring all calculations observe applicable fund documents
• Review/Prepare investor allocations for each NAV cycle ensuring capital transactions are booked correctly and P&L is allocated correctly
• Review client Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs), PPMs, and other materials and ensure service levels are in line with such legal documents
• Collaborate with client, banks, auditors and property managers to ensure smooth delivery to clients and completion of deliverables

Qualifications

• At least 4 years\' experience working in the fund administration industry or audit
• Private Equity or Real Estate experience is preferred
• Experience in working on a Private Equity or Real Estate accounting system, preferably Yardi or Investran
• Have experience in reviewing Limited Partnership Agreements and OM\xe2\x80\x99s
• Experience in supervisory skills and/or coaching / mentoring
