About the Team & Business Line:



Fund Administration is Citco's core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry's most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.





As a core member of our Private Assets team, you will be working with some of the industry's most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.



Your Role:



We are seeking ambitious students/recent graduates to join our Private Assets team, where you'll gain hands-on experience in fund administration for private equity, FoFs, private debt, and infrastructure funds. This role offers unique exposure to alternative investments and complex fund structures.





Key Responsibilities:


Support fund accounting activities for private equity, FoFs, infrastructure, and private debt funds Assist in preparing capital call and distribution notices Help maintain investor allocation schedules Support waterfall calculations and carried interest computations Assist in quarterly NAV calculations and financial statement preparation Help track investment portfolios Support commitment tracking Assist with investor reporting and capital account statements Help maintain partnership accounting records

About You:



Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field Strong academic performance Advanced Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, complex formulas) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Detail-oriented with high accuracy standards Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment
