We are actively looking for talented Functional Oracle Cloud Talent Management Consultant for roles in western Canada. These key roles are an integral part of our growing national Cloud ERP practice. These are full-time salaried consulting positions and will require travel to client site when needed.

The ideal candidates have done this before and can anticipate what needs to be done rather than be instructed. These position need leaders who can adapt, work in a very fast-pace, enriching environment and is looking for a career rather than just a job.

What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do:

• Consult on AST\xe2\x80\x99s managed Cloud ERP engagements, including implementations and upgrades
• Engage with clients and lead workshops to define business requirements
• Conduct gap analysis between delivered functionality and client requirements and recommend solutions
• Provide subject matter expertise on one or more Talent Management Cloud Applications including Performance Management, Goals Management, Learning Management, Succession Planning, Career Development, Talent Review and Recruitment.
• Ability to design, test, deploy business processes and configurations within Talent Management modules
• Able to set-up the system to meet the desired business process and requirements
• Develop testing scenarios, test scripts and leading teams in unit, integration and acceptance testing
• Ability to understand integrations with other modules with Oracle suite of modules.
• Ability to work with other team members in configuring the Fusion Cloud Applications
• Travel to interesting places in North America

What We\xe2\x80\x99re Looking For:

• Relevant experience in Oracle Talent Management modules
• 5+ years of Oracle EBS/Cloud experience
• Completed at least one Talent Management Cloud applications implementation
• Working knowledge of Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Cloud Talent Management modules
• Knowledge of performance management process, goals plans, succession planning, and learning management concepts.
• 4-year Bachelor degree (or equivalent experience)
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills, problem solving/debugging skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people
• Able to travel weekly (normally Monday-Thursday) in support of assigned projects (we do not relocate our staff project by project)
• Capable to work independently, take initiative with minimal supervision yet can participate as a team member with a willingness to help where needed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, active listening and interpersonal skills
• Organized and detailed oriented
• Able to fully utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Adapt to new projects quickly with a can-do, jump-right-in attitude
• Canadian Citizens/Permanent Residents preferred
