Roles and Responsibilities:

Strong understanding of SAP IS-U modules: Device Management, Billing, Invoicing, FICA, Customer Service. Experience in end-to-end utility processes: meter reading, billing, invoicing, collections. Ability to perform functional configuration and customization. Knowledge of business process mapping and gap analysis

Primary Skillset:

Basic to intermediate ABAP debugging and collaboration with technical teams. Experience with data migration tools and interface development (e.g., IDocs, BAPIs). Familiarity with SAP testing tools and test case creation. Understanding of integration with CRM, BW, and external systems
