We are currently looking for a full-time Functional Analyst, Payroll, to join our Information Technology team. As an expert in PeopleSoft HR/Payroll modules, your role will be to analyze business needs, configure and test the system, and provide support to end-users.

When your actions lead to success.

• Analyze and solve technical and functional problems and requests from payroll representatives to ensure payroll processing for assigned business units.
• Maintain PeopleSoft HR tables: open deduction and earnings codes, add vacation plans and benefits, etc.
• Analyze parameterization/customization requests from business units and refer them to Level II functional analysts. Perform acceptance tests as required.
• Assist payroll representatives when required, or when performing large-scale operations such as loading salary increase files, amending time banks, creating queries, etc.
• Ensure the updating of relevant documentation to payroll representatives and business units.
• Perform all other tasks to maintain the level of service required by the business units.

When your expertise drives us.

• 3 to 5 years\' experience with PeopleSoft (HR, Payroll, Benefits and Finance modules) in a role involving configuration, testing and user support.
• Canadian Payroll Association (CPA) certification completed or in progress, an asset.
• Excellent understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and functionality, including complex integrations and customizations.
• Experience in upgrading / implementing new systems.
• Excellent knowledge of legislation governing payroll processing.
• Ability to build SQL queries an asset.
• Ability to communicate in French and English, both orally and in writing (regular collaboration with our Ontario-based colleagues and partners).
