We are currently looking for a full-time Functional Analyst, Payroll, to join our Information Technology team. As an expert in PeopleSoft HR/Payroll modules, your role will be to analyze business needs, configure and test the system, and provide support to end-users.

• Telecommuting in hybrid mode (1-2 days per week on-site). Our offices are located at 5800 St-Denis Street (across from Rosemont Metro). Occasional travel for plant visits.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document functional specifications.
• Configure and maintain the PeopleSoft system to support business processes, including complex integrations and customizations.
• Analyze technical and functional requests and resolve issues encountered by the payroll team to ensure payroll processing for assigned business entities.
• Analyze parameterization/customization requests from business units. Perform acceptance tests as required.
• Assist the payroll team as needed (execution of massive operations, for example).
• Provide end-user support for PeopleSoft modules, organize training sessions and create/update user documentation.
• Participate in upgrades and implementation of new systems, develop test plans, and execute tests of system changes and enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement

When your expertise drives us.

• Minimum 5 years\' experience with PeopleSoft (HR, Payroll, Benefits and Finance modules) in a role involving configuration, testing and user support
• Excellent understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and functionality, including complex integrations and customizations
• Experience in upgrading / implementing new systems
• Excellent knowledge of legislation governing payroll processing
• Ability to build SQL queries an asset
• Ability to communicate in French and English, both orally and in writing (regular collaboration with our Ontario-based colleagues and partners), Spanish is an asset
