As a IT functional analyst, you will work in a dynamic and innovative Martech environment focused on developing the digital experience for our members and clients. You will contribute to the evolution of digital applications, management systems, and database servers to meet the organization's needs.
You will take on a leadership role with various stakeholders and development teams in business relations and in projects involving strategic and complex development and intervention, such as evolution, incident prevention, quality assurance, and patch maintenance. The nature of the projects requires extensive and in-depth knowledge in your field.
You will make recommendations regarding the development and implementation of projects or files with medium operational and conceptual complexity. These require a comprehensive and detailed analysis and understanding of the business domain and the organization. The connections are numerous. You will interact with a large number of stakeholders working in various areas of expertise. Mastering interpersonal relationships becomes an essential skill.
You will act as a specialist consultant and content expert in your field and act as a resource and coach to bodies.
Specific responsibilities:

  • Advise, plan, and implement technological solutions related to customer acquisition capabilities.
  • Analyze customer needs and guide them in defining their needs, directing them to appropriate functional solutions while considering budgetary commitments and delivery times.
  • Guide development teams in their analysis and resolve functional problems that occur during the project to ensure that the proposed solutions are coherent and take into account both user needs and system architecture constraints.
  • Ensure project alignment between the implementation teams and the project committee by guiding and coordinating the contribution of advisors.
  • Identify system optimization opportunities, monitor the evolution of computer systems, and advise users on computerizing operations, developing management and analysis tools, and system management.
  • Actively contribute to the implementation, development, or evolution and operation of the technological capabilities required to support modern and sophisticated marketing functions and an outstanding omnichannel customer experience, in a cross-functional context.
  • Contribute to the development of various strategies related to testing, training, implementation, and any other associated elements.
  • Contribute to the operation of the member/customer data ecosystem, to their advantage, by contributing to its growth and valorization while respecting, in particular, constraints in terms of compliance, regulation, and legality.
Requirements
A Minimum of four (5) years of relevant experience. A Have a very good mastery and experience with Agile / Scrum methodology. A Have a well-developed T-Shape allowing you to contribute to your squad as needed (Analysis, quality assurance, coordination, test automation, etc.). A Must have excellent interpersonal skills and strong leadership, able to deal with numerous contributors from different sectors. A Ability to navigate ambiguity / pave the way with little guidance (autonomy). A Good experience and knowledge of best practices for solution integration. A Knowledge of the marketing technology domain (MarTech) (Asset). A Knowledge of acquisition tools (e.g., campaign management tools and paid media management) (Asset). A Relevant experience in using Adobe DAM/MRM platforms (Asset). A Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is an asset.
