Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice on a temporary basis, which may, for the right candidate, lead to a permanent position. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care through thorough cleanings, patient education, and support for our dental team. Responsibilities

Perform dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth to remove plaque and tartar buildup Take and develop dental radiographs as needed Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care Assist with patient examinations and record findings accurately in the dental management system Support the dental team during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety Maintain sterilization protocols and ensure all dental instruments are properly sanitized Manage patient appointments efficiently, ensuring smooth workflow within the practice Document patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements

Valid Dental Hygienist license Previous experience in a dental office setting, including dental assisting or related roles, is preferred Strong customer service skills with a compassionate approach to patient care Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37.77-$54.65 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week

Work Location: In person
