What you'll be doing

A Sales Receptionist is quite often the first point of contact in our sales department. Clients will reach out by phone, or you may be the first contact when clients arrive at our dealership. A warm, professional welcome is an essential component in ensuring a pleasant experience for our guests.

You will be responsible for

Maintain premium dealership-client relationships through emails and phone calls reminding clients of services due Advise clients of vehicle needs and recommendations for services Confirming Service Appointments: Confirm servicing needs, take note of issues for the service advisors, Update any changes, Confirm time, date, and transportation needs with the client Manage Advisor appointments & Shop time to keep our in-person teams running smoothly

Strong communication skills/ premium word choices Customer Service experience Organization Positive Attitude Experience with computers and automotive an asset, but not required
