Job Description
Global Cell Communications has 20 plus years experience as a TELUS Authorized Dealer.
Our location is in St. Albert, Alberta.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monday to Friday 10 to 6 pm Saturday 9 am to 5 pm Sunday 11 am to 4:30pm with two days off per week
- Building face to face client relationships to ensure client satisfaction
- Creating an exceptional customer experience on location
- Problem solving; solution focused outcomes
- Learning in depth and up to date mobility product and industry knowledge
- Invoicing and sales tracking/reporting
Qualifications:
- Effective organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Previous experience in sales and customer service is an asset
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude
Key Requirements:
- Must be available to work FULL TIME
- Must be available to work Evenings, Saturdays and Sundays
