Full-time Store Supervisor

(or Shift Lead) at our Nanaimo store in BC. With over 50 retail stores across the country, Urban Barn is a national retail chain offering high-quality furniture and home decor. Participate in the leadership of an inspiring furniture and home decor store. As a Store Supervisor, you will collaborate with the Manager and Assistant Manager to create a positive working environment for the team and an excellent shopping experience for our customers.


Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we are looking for candidates who can work 30-40 hours per week and are available to work a variety of shifts on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.

What You Will Do:

Assist customers in making decor decisions that inspire them Lead and support daily store operations, including opening and closing routines. Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve their best Support stock management and merchandising tasks to keep the store organized and inviting Help drive the store sales through strong leadership and operational excellence Maintain high standards of visual presentation and store cleanliness. Contribute to inventory control and help minimize shrink

What you Bring:

2 YEARS

of Retail sales and customer service leadership experience Experience with achieving sales targets A passion for

INTERIOR DECOR

and merchandising Outgoing personality, who loves to meet new people Commitment to a flexible schedule (Open to daytime, evening/night, and weekend shifts) The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg
