As a
full-time server
, you'll be the face of Pampa for our guests. You'll guide them through our unique Brazilian churrasco dining experience, ensure their needs are met, and provide top-quality service in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.Responsibilities:
Greet guests and explain the Pampa dining experience Take drink orders and ensure timely delivery to tables Monitor guest satisfaction and anticipate needs Process bills and handle payments accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization in your section Collaborate closely with the front-of-house and kitchen teams
Qualifications:
Previous serving experience in a busy restaurant is an asset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong team spirit Must be available mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Compensation & Hours:
Hourly wage + tips Full-time schedule (30-40 hours/week) Employee meal discounts and other perks
