Full-Time Sales Supplement Advisor Location: Langley Salary: $16 - $18 per hour : We are seeking a full-time Sales Supplement Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling supplements to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and excellent communication skills are a must. Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell supplements to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Meet sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Process customer transactions accurately
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Ensure the store is clean and organized
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the supplement industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Knowledge of the supplement industry is a plus
- Store discount
- French not required
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
