Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Full-Time Sales Representative to join our team. This role offers an hourly wage plus commission and employee benefits, giving you financial stability with the opportunity to earn more as you grow sales. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting products, assisting with store operations, and creating daily advertising content on social media to drive traffic and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner. Assist customers in selecting products that best meet their needs and preferences. Provide detailed product information, answer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly. Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and store policies. Accurately and efficiently handle transactions at the cash register. Monitor inventory levels; assist with stocking, restocking, and organizing merchandise. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals. Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize revenue. Process returns, exchanges, and other customer service requests. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and company events. Create and post daily advertising content across social media platforms to promote products and attract customers.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is an asset). Previous retail or customer service experience required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Good computer knowledge, including use of social media, email, and basic office software.

Requirements

Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role is an asset. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong phone etiquette. Cash handling experience preferred; accuracy and attention to detail are essential. Familiarity with technology or retail sales is an advantage. Multilingual abilities are a plus to better serve diverse community members. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
