Front Desk/Administrative Assistant - Full-Time (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities:
Adhere to all company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook and any additional internal policies.
Greet and assist customers and suppliers in a courteous and helpful manner.
Process payments for both service and sales departments, and issue accurate receipts.
Handle refunds with appropriate departmental manager approval.
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the correct individual or department.
Balance the till at the end of each day and print corresponding reports.
Complete daily credit card batch closings.
Accurately fill in attendance for each shift.
Ensure TMS (Time Management System) is completed regularly.
Match and organize all work orders with their corresponding hard copies on a daily basis.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace throughout the day and upon leaving.
Communicate effectively in both spoken and written English.
Take on additional duties as assigned by management.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Friendly and professional demeanor.
Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.
Previous experience in a similar administrative or front desk role is an asset.
