We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring smooth office operations. This role is essential in maintaining a welcoming environment and supporting administrative tasks within our office.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and electronic documents.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail.
Assist with bank runs
Provide clerical support, including data entry, proofreading documents, and preparing reports as needed.
Ensure the reception area and office is tidy and presentable at all times.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless office operations.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of previous experience as a receptionist in an office setting.
Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for effective file management.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to provide outstanding customer support.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to speak Cantonese or Mandarin is an asset
