Your responsibilities include:

• Meeting potential buyers in person or through online video conferences, discussing our VIP buyer services, and converting potential buyers into signed clients.
• Effectively communicating with signed buyers, understanding their purchasing needs, and developing customized property search plans.
• Accompanying buyers on property viewings, and offering professional purchasing advice.
• Negotiating with listing agents on behalf of buyers and drafting and submitting purchase offers that are most advantageous to our clients.
• Fulfilling all essential duties of a real estate agent in property transactions.

We expect you: Fluent in both written and spoken English, in near-native proficiency. Hold a real estate agent license in the province of Ontario.

• For this full-time position, you are available to meet clients and conduct property viewings during regular working hours according to their schedule.
• Have excellent language and written communication skills and enjoy interacting with people.
• Possess an optimistic and enthusiastic attitude, a desire to learn and grow, and a drive for achievement.
• Demonstrate self-discipline, strong self-management skills, and the ability to handle information effectively.
