FullTime Production Workers

to join our team based in London, ON. This individual will work production roles.You will providecoverage for scheduled and unscheduled absences.

What will you do: We make cake of course!

Work on the production line in a variety of roles (Depositing, Decorating and Packaging) to produce our high-quality cake products Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines Work on various tasks with a focus on detail and quality Work in a fast-paced, teamwork environment Share in our passion for making amazing, delicious, high-quality desserts

What do we need?

High School Diploma or GED is required. Must be legally eligible to work full-time in Canada. Previous experience in a food environment preferred Flexibility & commitment to work High energy team player with an attention to detail Good manual dexterity Safety first approach to work A GREAT attendance record andreferences Reliable means of transportation to and from the campus Must be available to work both start times on your chosen shift

Shift Summary:

Required to be available for a minimum of ten shifts per week from Monday to Saturday. Desire more hours? Increase your availability A and B shift runs for 10 hours with a 30-minute break added

Schedule:

Shifts are scheduled Monday through Saturdayand 10.5 hours in length Schedules are posted 2 weeks in advance

Start times couldbe different everyday

A-Shift start times are between 1:00 am and 9:45am

B-shift Start times are between 11:30am and 8:15pm

Our pay!

We pay great wages! $20.56per hour during probationary period (70 shifts) $22.84per hour after probationary period

Free on-site parking We provide uniforms, safety shoes andsick pay. Shift premiumfor all hours worked between 7:00 pm 5:00 am Weekend premium for all hours worked between 5:00 am - 7:00 pm. Eligible for quarterly bonuses upon completion of probation. This position also provides comprehensive health benefits & RRSP contributionafter probation is complete.
