Full-Time, Permanent Level 2 IT Technician
Saskatoon, SK

$27/hr - $35/hr based on experience, knowledge, and personal skills.

Required skills for this role:
- Personable and comfortable interacting with clients
- Strong communication skills, critical thinking skills, organizational skills, and time Management
- Install, configure hardware and software to suit clients' needs
- Ability to troubleshoot, identify and resolve hardware, software and network problems
- Strong knowledge of using diagnostic tools, service aids, and product schematics, to assess and resolve equipment and system failures
- Ability to recommend hardware and software improvements to clients
- Maintain and update local networks, servers, backups etc.

- Configuring and maintaining firewalls
- Ensure privacy and security of networks and computer systems
- Track customer issues and resolutions
- Input, update and maintain accurate records of your day-to-day tasks
- Maintain hardware and software inventory
- Must work well independently, be self-motivated as well as follow directions.

- Must reside in or near Saskatoon, Saskatchewan
- Driver's License with access to a reliable vehicle

Monday to Friday (some after hours and weekend support, as needed)
